With Christmas and Hanukkah now behind us, it’s one of my favorite times of year—après holiday. That quiet stretch when the world softens a little. School is still out. Schedules loosen. People linger longer. Everything feels gentler. Lighter.

It’s on these cold December nights that you tuck in beside your kids, your pet, or your significant other. Pop a bowl of popcorn. Sprinkle it with a little pink Himalayan sea salt—yes, we’re still a little extra—and settle in beneath a cashmere blanket for a feel-good movie like The Holiday or The Family Stone.

All of this, naturally, in ratty sweats and a ripped tee…
